woo 6 weeks till my first fitness competition! I’m getting very excited. I saw my coach yesterday and adjustments have been made in my diet and have upped my fasted cardio, so looking forward to seeing some changes in my body!
We started posing practise last sunday which is a lot of fun! although I’m scared I’m not going to remember all the different poses and blank out on stage! Next week I am going to choose my bikini style and colour, so excited!
